Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of technicians on daily field projects
Ensure compliance with fiber installation, trenching, and safety standards
Communicate project progress, deadlines, and team performance to leadership
Act as the main point of contact on the worksite
Assist with hands-on work when necessary
Travel with the team (80% travel required)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of cabling experience (MUST HAVE)
5+ years of driving experience (Driver's License)
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 2 weeks at a time between VA, NC, and SC)
Strong understanding of fiber procedures and compliance standards
Preferred
Fiber optic and fiber splicing experience
Outside Plant (OSP) experience
