Responsibilities
Source, compile, and interpret data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities
Conduct business analysis to assess stakeholder needs and support decision-making
Communicate insights effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations
Provide daily technical support for business systems, ensuring smooth operations
Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and improve end-user experience
Serve as a key analytics resource across teams and business units
Gather and document system requirements through specifications, project plans, and reports
Monitor compliance and recommend process improvements
Generate reports and dashboards to highlight key metrics, discrepancies, and improvement areas
Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in data analysis & business analysis
Proficiency in reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean)
