Responsibilities
Convert on-premises data sources into Lakehouse-compatible structures using Databricks
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation
Write robust Python scripts for data processing, validation, and automation tasks
Implement reusable code modules for scalability and maintainability
Design and develop SSRS reports and Tableau dashboards to deliver actionable insights
Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements
Perform intensive data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Document and enforce data validation rules and standards
Develop, maintain, and monitor curated datasets for business consumption
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and ensure data availability
Qualification
Required
5+ Years - Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries, optimization, and data modeling
3+ Years - Advanced Python skills for data manipulation, automation, and integration
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
5+ Years - Expertise in SSRS for report development and deployment
2+ Years - Proficiency in Tableau for interactive dashboards and data visualization
Experience in implementing data validation frameworks and performing root cause analysis for data issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
