The role involves collaborating with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements, assist with user training, and support reporting needs.

Responsibilities

Assist and participate in user acceptance testing, documentation, verification, and release

Implement practices and procedures for end-user test plans

Identify and document gaps in requirements or system deficiencies and coordinate resolutions

Provide guidance and training to application end users

Support gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating user and technical requirements

Assist in creating requirements documentation under the direction of senior analysts

Participate in requirements analysis, verification sessions, and issue tracking

Assist in identifying, documenting and troubleshooting system, software, and process issues

Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, report and resolve issues

Support development of solutions and workarounds for low-complexity technical or business issues

Partner with analysts in creating ad hoc reports including data analysis

Assist in analyzing and documenting business systems and user needs

Write clear and organized requirements documentation

Aid in monitoring and reporting project status to identify risks and ensure timely deliverables

Assist in management of new work requests
