Required
8+ years of Business and Data Analysis experience
Strong SQL proficiency
Agile experience (Jira user stories – business & technical)
Mortgage domain experience (required)
Securitization or Freddie Mac/Client experience
Command-line experience (running Python scripts, log analysis)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Adaptable to evolving business needs
