Work hands-on across different departments, including the deli, grocery, and fuel services
Step in to solve customer concerns with a positive, can-do attitude
Manage scheduling, training, and ongoing team development
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and community pride in the store
Assist with financial duties like cash handling and reporting
Qualification
Required
