The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations while providing training and support to end-users post-migration.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Support the migration of the Product Support System (PSS) to Salesforce
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the PSS
Ensure data integrity and security during the migration process
Provide training and support to end-users post-migration
Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance of the Salesforce platform
Qualification
Required
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proven experience in leading migration projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition
Data Management: Expertise in managing and migrating large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security
Project Management: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee the migration process, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
