Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of operations including inventory, scheduling, and team development
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a welcoming store environment
Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety standards, and merchandising displays
Help manage cash handling procedures and daily financial tasks
Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is off-duty
Coach team members to meet sales and service goals
Uphold Ideal Market’s values of integrity, reliability, and community
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in retail, convenience, or food service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with a passion for teamwork
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Dependable and organized with attention to detail
Must be 20 or older
