Oversee human resources functions, including managing employee benefits, implementing HR policies, and leading recruitment efforts
Organize training and development initiatives, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and ensure a positive office environment
Involve in general office management tasks to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with team members and lead organizational processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for employee relations, recruitment, and team development
Experience with Payroll, assisting with benefits, and crafting HR Policies to support organizational compliance and employee well-being
Expertise in Training & Development to enhance workforce performance and professional growth
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and individually in an on-site setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Additional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are considered a plus
