Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with a variety of IT-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems
Adhere to customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements
Maintaining accurate inventory and repair records
Effective communication with your Supervisor about equipment needs
Strict adherence to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements
Assist in the movement, sorting, and loading/unloading of goods up to 50 lbs
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Carrying out other assigned duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED is required
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Experience with the Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Suite
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warm/cool/noisy environment, occasionally standing for prolonged periods
Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Pallet Jack experience is a plus
