Responsibilities
Planning and execution of publicity and marketing campaigns for select Forever titles
Developing, researching, and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, book tastemakers, and booksellers
Creating fresh and strategic content for Forever’s social media platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok), as well as working with the team to manage and grow the Forever community on these platforms
Attentive and clear communication with editors, authors, and agents
General responsibilities: database maintenance, review copy mailings, website updates, and other departmental organizational tasks
Qualification
Required
Interest in book publishing is essential, especially a broad range of commercial fiction
2-3 years of relevant experience
A team player with great written and in-person communication habits who understands the importance of brand voice
Passionate about connecting with consumers via social media
Experience on social media platforms, Canva, and openness to learning new technology
Ability to transition from innovative brainstorming to action
Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred
College degree preferred
