Responsibilities

Completes training and develops essential knowledge and proficiency with regards to Jackson products

Learns Jackson’s systems, sales model, and products

Makes proactive outbound sales calls with existing and prospective representatives to strengthen and establish relationships and uncover new business opportunities

Investigates sales opportunities through proactive efforts, territory data analysis and impeccable follow up

Assists advisors with illustrations, accurate product information and marketing materials

Works closely with the Sales Desk Manager to assist in day-to-day activities

Provides product information and sales support to Jackson agents and prospects

Utilizes Jackson databases to create and maintain representative profile levels and data on current and proposed sales activity

Conducts weekly plug-ins with other internal wholesalers as development to aid in conversations with advisors

Actively participates in opportunities for training and continued professional-development offered by Jackson

Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned
