They are seeking a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, or Associate Director to deliver recruitment assignments, manage client relationships, and contribute to the business's growth.
Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end recruitment assignments across retained and contingent mandates
Build and manage senior client relationships
Develop new business alongside expanding existing accounts
Contribute to team growth and the continued evolution of the US platform
Qualification
Required
Proven billing track record within recruitment
Experience within financial services, legal, regulatory, or closely related markets
Strong client and candidate relationship management capability
Commercial, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a growth environment
Open to deepening a specialism or broadening sector coverage over time
Preferred
Experience in Legal, Risk, or Compliance is particularly relevant
Experience in adjacent financial and professional services markets
Experience in functional, regulatory, governance, audit, advisory, transformation-focused practices, and financial services technology
