They are seeking a Resource and Portfolio Manager to enhance organizational resource and project portfolio management maturity through effective planning and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Resource Management - Experience in skill mapping, allocation and capacity planning and tracking. Ensures optimal resource utilization, identifies gaps and works with cross functional business and IT management on resource plans balancing team needs and project priorities to align resource allocation with business goals. Experience with workforce and resource management tools required

Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tools - Champion project portfolio management tools and process. Develop and deliver performance dashboards to track project and strategic initiative milestones and overall portfolio progress

Strategic Initiative Support - Support the development, execution and tracking of strategic initiatives across the organization through functional area roadmap development including products and services. With leadership, define priorities across strategic initiatives as ideas are refined and scope is understood with consideration for enterprise projects planned and in flight

Data Analysis - Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience analyzing allocation and capacity data

Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors

Required

Experience in skill mapping, allocation and capacity planning and tracking

Experience with workforce and resource management tools

Support the development, execution and tracking of strategic initiatives across the organization

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Experience analyzing allocation and capacity data

Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of project management experience

Experience with PPM tools, dashboard development and reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and analytical abilities

Preferred

Strong knowledge of healthcare payer, PBM, risk operations, claims processing, premium billing, member enrollment, and provider network management

3-5 years of resource management or portfolio management experience
