The role involves financial reporting, operational analysis, and process improvement while providing actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead monthly P&L, general ledger, depreciation, and incentive accounting for EV charging operations
Analyze large and complex data sets, including utility information and competitive intelligence, to validate operational results and identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports and analysis to senior leadership
Ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy in all financial reporting
Oversee proper accounting and coding of EV incentives, credits, and utility accruals to ensure accurate financial statements
Develop and implement processes to integrate EV charging financial reporting into 7-Eleven’s broader financial systems
Stay current on trends, regulations, and developments in the electric vehicle industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive results
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelors/4-year degree (Finance/Economics/Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering)
Relevant Work Experience 8 years
Experience (required): 3-5 years of data analytics experience, accounting, finance, OR a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills using Excel and/or Google Sheets, Power BI, etc
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and thorough working knowledge of database concepts and common applications
Preferred
Experience (preferred): Experience working with accruals, P&L, Proformas, EV Financials
