Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards

Develop and oversee budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections to support strategic planning

Ensure proper account reconciliations and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity

Collaborate with firm leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations

Review journal entries and audit processes to ensure precision and compliance

Supervise financial statement audits and address any identified issues effectively

Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

Mentor and guide entry-level accounting staff to foster career growth

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure the firm remains compliant

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
