Information Systems Administrator
Opportunity Council is dedicated to building just and equitable communities through service and collaboration. They are seeking an Information Systems Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the internal network infrastructure, providing IT support, and implementing cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maintains Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy and specific agency software
Network infrastructure support including firewall, router, switches, and access points spanning multiple locations
Office 365 management including user groups, SharePoint and Teams
Deploys and supports data security management systems
Provides tier-two help ticket support, including workstation diagnostics and issue resolution
Assists with Mitel PBX Phone systems
Collaborates and manages CRM solutions such as SalesForce
Develops and maintains documentation of systems
Utilize, develop, and maintain Jira IT ticketing and knowledgebase
Collaborates with other agency departments on development and maintenance of agency disaster recovery plans and agency technology policies
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field OR relevant education/experience
Three years of experience in IT support/help desk, including in-person customer service for inexperienced technology users of both desktop and mobile devices
Specialized training, or equivalent experience, with Apple and Windows operating systems, product software, and mobile applications
Intermediate-level experience working with databases and spreadsheets to gather and analyze data and produce reports
If hiring for a bilingual position. Must be able to speak, read, and write with proficiency and fluency in the required language
Valid Washington State driver's license and five-year driving history within Opportunity Council's Auto Insurance Standards
