Responsibilities

Collaborate with Professional Services, Recruitment Services and Desktop Services on sourcing and onboarding tasks
Utilizes the internal candidate applicant tracking system and vendor management software tools to assist with managing resources
Assist with managing the contracts process to ensure all resources are active with appropriate data and documentation
Lead departmental onboarding orientation presentations
Helps new hires become acclimated to CereCore, MEDITECH Professional Services and all clients
Assist with departmental communication using varies platforms including MS Outlook and WebEx Teams
Assists with the onboarding process for all new hires including employees and contractors, which includes managing access to tools, devices, equipment, badges, and access
Assists with coordinating calendar invites, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants and contractors
Employee and contractor routine and yearly profile maintenance
Provide education publishing, in coordination with Managers
Assist with analyzing and trending status reporting for projects
Attend meetings, meeting minutes and any additional project related assistance
Concur travel expense report approval
Management of MEDITECH Alliance Program
Registration of candidates for new testing periods
Result management including tracking and updating certifications achieved by employee
Scheduling of MEDITECH focus groups as needed
Monthly reporting for management and leadership
Monthly communication to employees for testing dates and new certification opportunities
Assist with any additional administrative tasks

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Five or more years of relevant work experience
Strong customer service orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must be detail-oriented and utilize critical thinking for problem solving
Strong organizational skills, strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to quickly pivot to changing departmental needs
Broad understanding of healthcare, business, and organizational decision-making
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proficient in MS Office products in SharePoint
Ability to actively engage, accountable and able to take ownership to drive issue resolution
Planning and project coordination skills
