Responsibilities

Optimize credit card pricing strategy for existing customers, leverage closed loop data and build comprehensive performance tracking
Leverage internal and external data sources and derive insights to come up with innovative business use cases to further pricing strategy
Provide thought leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams including Risk, Marketing, Product Lending, Finance, Compliance, and Technologies
Publish key MIS and Scorecards
Fully support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, escalations, customer events, etc
Enhance operational excellence, understand the impact of various card & lending regulations on pricing practices to ensure compliance excellence

Required

Advanced Degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science
Strong collaborative/interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment with strong attention to detail
Project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in leading multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative approach to solving both practical and theoretical business problems
