Responsibilities

Partner with division management, peers and other support teams to develop appropriate training content

Support the operation sites during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes

Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations

Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants

Create presentations and informational videos that support business initiatives or project implementations

Collaborate with business analyst, trainers, operations staff, and technology partners to deliver the documentations timely nd accurately

Flexibility in supporting 24-hour operations

Required

Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year practical experience working in an operation/production, a finance institution, or a fast-paced business environment

Excellent writing, editing, organization skills, and strong attention to details

Proficient competency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Professional instruction and presentation skills

Ability to effectively deliver technical training content, as well as an ability to facilitate discussion through interaction and engagement

Knowledge of adult learning theories and training development methodologies

Preferred

Fast learner- can adapt and acclimate to work in a new environment in short period of time

Strong sense of ownership in your personal and team deliverables

High curiosity in learning more and asking why

A drive for excellence and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet delivery timelines
