They are looking for an Executive Assistant to ensure daily operations run smoothly in a virtual environment, coordinating meetings, managing executive communications, and leading special projects.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple calendars, going beyond just 'booking' to protect executive time for deep work and strategic thinking
Manage the executive inbox with poise, acting as a professional gatekeeper by prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring stakeholders feel heard and valued
Take the lead on special projects, from researching new software to drafting presentation decks and moving key initiatives across the finish line
Stay three steps ahead of the schedule—if a meeting is on the horizon, you have already gathered the brief and relevant background info before being asked
Track and prioritize action items using Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting executives
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion
Natural problem solver who brings potential solutions to the table
Versatile communicator capable of writing professional emails and witty Slack messages
Expert in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365
Capable of quickly mastering new tools
Direct experience with project management tools like Asana, Slack, or Trello
Thrives in a virtual environment with self-discipline to manage workflow
Dedicated home office with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional environment for video calls
