Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business intelligence
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Create data visualizations that effectively communicate findings
Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators
Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Work with cross-functional remote teams to support data needs
Document methodologies and maintain data governance standards
Stay current with industry trends and analytical techniques
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
Proven ability to work effectively in remote or distributed teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Business acumen and understanding of commercial implications
Preferred
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
Experience in professional services or consulting environment
