Qualification
Required
Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
Hold current NMLS and state licenses
Relationship-driven, with a genuine interest in helping people make confident financial decisions
Comfortable explaining complex information in a clear, approachable way
Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience
Experience can range from entry-level to seasoned producer. We value mindset, integrity, and client care as much as volume
