Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for healthcare client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships

Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to maximize their success with our services

Proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction, adoption, and retention

Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and regular check-ins

Address client concerns and work closely with internal teams to provide timely resolutions

Analyze customer data to improve the client experience and report on key metrics

Manage the initial admissions process by partnering with the office/practice manager

Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance offerings

Flexibility to work in multiple time zones to meet client needs

Provide onsite client support as needed
