Responsibilities
Maintain and administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to ensure secure and efficient system operations
Manage and configure Windows Server infrastructure to support business applications and services
Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to optimize user experience and system performance
Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues across systems and platforms
Manage and support Exchange environments for reliable email and communication services
Administer VMware and server virtualization technologies to enhance scalability and resource utilization
Develop and execute scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and streamline workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements
Monitor system performance and apply proactive measures to address potential issues
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on system-related challenges
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration
Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server management
Hands-on expertise in Citrix technologies and virtualization solutions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange configuration and support
Solid understanding of network troubleshooting techniques and tools
Skilled in VMware and server virtualization technologies
Ability to create and utilize scripts for automation purposes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
