Account Manager

Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
Customer service and problem-solving skills to provide solutions and handle inquiries
Sales and negotiation skills to recommend products and services that best suit client needs
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and productivity tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain necessary licenses
A drive to achieve goals and a customer-focused mindset
Preferred
college degree in business, marketing, or related field
