Performs routine collection procedures, assists technologists and technicians in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Histology
Processes laboratory specimens
Coordinates and performs clerical/reception, client/patient/customer related duties pertaining to laboratory testing and relays information between the laboratory, other hospital areas and clients
Qualification
Preferred
HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
Laboratory experience
Phlebotomy experience
Medical Terminology
Computer experience to include Windows Excel and Word
Experience May Include: Lab Assistant
