Responsibilities
Running request intake and qualifying underlying need, value, risk, and dependencies
Applying a structured prioritization approach across value, urgency, effort, risk, and adoption impact
Maintaining a prioritized roadmap of enhancements and initiatives
Translating needs into clear, buildable requirements
Partnering with Engineering during agile delivery and remaining available as questions arise
Keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, progress, and blockers
Understanding how the product is used in practice and ensuring delivered work lands and is adopted
Qualification
Required
Strong product management foundation with experience across agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, market research, change management, and data analysis
Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making
Critical thinking skills to break down requests, qualify claims, and build coherent paths forward
Strong business analysis capabilities for use case and product requirements development
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Clear communication skills, able to articulate rationale and trade-offs to different audiences
Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience executing product strategies in a SaaS and/or Managed Services context
Experience working with product or matrixed teams
You must have domain experience across at least one of these areas: Energy management and analytics, Facilities operations OR FM technology, Industrial OR asset analytics, Engineering-led environments (mechanical systems, automotive, aerospace)
