Responsibilities
Identify, design, and implement practical automation and AI-assisted workflows across the organization
Convert manual, repetitive, high-friction work into streamlined, partially or fully automated workflows
Reduce cycle times and labor hours for recurring processes, delivering tangible time and cost savings
Create visibility into impact via consistent reporting of hours saved
Act as a force multiplier by teaching teams to use automation tools
Establish repeatable frameworks for identifying and implementing automation opportunities
Partner with operations leadership to turn surfaced tensions into automation-ready projects
Conduct workflow interviews and current-state mapping
Design and implement practical automations
Quantify and log time savings on a weekly basis
Map steps, handoffs, rework, and wait states for targeted workflows
Design and pilot streamlined process and technology solutions
Set baselines and targets with owners and monitor results
Run rapid experiments and prototypes to test solutions
Collect user feedback and iterate on designs
Provide training and enablement to users on automation tools and processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI-assisted workflows
Ability to work directly with process owners and understand their workflows
Experience in converting manual, repetitive work into automated workflows
Ability to create visibility into impact via consistent reporting
Experience in teaching teams to use automation tools
Ability to establish repeatable frameworks for identifying automation opportunities
Experience in partnering with operations leadership
Ability to conduct workflow interviews and current-state mapping
Experience in quantifying and logging time savings
Ability to map steps, handoffs, rework, and wait states
Experience in designing and piloting streamlined process and tech solutions
Ability to run rapid experiments and prototypes
Experience in user-centered design with minimal behavior change
Ability to collect feedback and iterate rapidly
Experience in maintaining impact logs and weekly summaries
Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
Experience in building trust and navigating resistance
Ability to experiment with new tools and features
Experience in delivering brief trainings and how-tos
