Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Testing Associate to administer and oversee various assessments while ensuring adherence to testing protocols. The role involves maintaining test security, assisting the testing coordinator, and contributing to the continuous improvement of testing services.

Responsibilities

Enforce and adhere to test vendor policies and procedures in coordination with District Testing Services

Administer a variety of assessments at colleges, including but not limited to Texas Success Initiative (TSIA2), Accuplacer ESL, Accuplacer Advanced Math, GED, and departmental exams for accommodated students

Assist the testing coordinator in executing day-to-day responsibilities

Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of testing services and program offerings

Safeguard the security of test materials and ensure the integrity of each test administration

Accurately input and maintain test data as required

Participate in all training activities

Read and scribe exams as needed
