Senior Wealth Advisor

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth and complex client situations including business owners, executives, and multi-generational families
Develop sophisticated strategies encompassing advanced tax planning, estate planning, retirement income distribution, and legacy wealth transfer
Design and manage diversified investment portfolios with emphasis on risk-adjusted returns and tax efficiency
Provide strategic guidance on concentrated stock positions, equity compensation, trust structures, and charitable giving strategies
Navigate complex scenarios including divorce settlements, business succession planning, and inheritance management
Conduct in-depth financial analyses using advanced planning tools and modeling techniques
Communicate intricate financial concepts with clarity and confidence to clients and their professional advisors (CPAs, attorneys, estate planners)
Lead regular client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions with C-suite executives and business owners
Mentor and develop junior advisors, providing coaching on technical skills and client relationship management
Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and expand assets under management
Represent the firm at high-level networking events, conferences, and speaking engagements
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, tax legislation, and emerging planning strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and world-class client experience
Contribute to firm strategy, thought leadership, and best practices development
Pursue advanced education and maintain elite professional designations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a financial advisor serving high-net-worth clients
RICP Required
Active Series 65 required; Series 7 is a plus
Life & Health licenses (2-14) required or ability to obtain immediately
Proven track record managing $50M+ in assets under management
Deep expertise in advanced financial planning, portfolio management, and tax-efficient strategies
Experience with complex estate planning, trust structures, and multi-generational wealth transfer
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to command presence in boardrooms
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to developing others
Strategic thinker with business development acumen and relationship-building prowess
Impeccable ethical standards and fiduciary mindset
Tech-savvy with proficiency in financial planning software
Preferred
CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA, ChFC, or advanced designations strongly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
