Jensen Infrastructure is a company that has been supporting communities across several states since 1968. They are seeking a Customer Service Manager who will oversee operations, manage customer service calls, and coordinate with multiple sales teams to facilitate projects and assist customers.

Responsibilities

Project Assistance & Management. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations for service technicians

Strategic Development. Develop and monitor strategy for all Water Resources services; including existing and future service opportunities

Schedule technician service visits. Coordinate all service visits to be performed by Jensen Water Resources. Customer Service Manager will be required to communicate directly with contractors and jobsite personnel, as well as Jensen technicians to schedule visits as needed

Warehouse Supervision. Oversee and monitor the Water Resources warehouse. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible to maintain an organized, clean warehouse as well as identify areas for process improvements

Production/Procurement. Create customer orders, work orders, and purchase orders for all Jensen Water Resources Projects

Inventory Control. Perform regular maintenance and supervision of all inventory and associated transactions

Required

Demonstrated sales and supervisory experience preferably in a building materials environment (minimum of 2 years)

Wide variety of skills including communication, technical writing, mechanical knowledge, and ERP software utilization

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and individual tasks simultaneously
