Responsibilities

Own the funnel from first impression → application → completed certification
Launch and manage campaigns across: LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, programmatic, native
Optimize for MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and conversion — not vanity metrics
Move at speed: launches measured in days, not weeks
Personally write or directly manage: Blogs, landing pages, emails, ads, social posts, scripts
Enforce editorial quality, clarity, and credibility
Ensure all content supports: Certification applications, Lists and recognition programs, Long-term authority in workplace culture
Own SEO and AI-search readiness end-to-end
Restructure pages and blogs for: Schema markup, Answer-first formatting, FAQs and machine-readable authority
Build MLW into a dominant AI-citable source in its category
Own social strategy and execution (not just posting)
Script and ship: Short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), Client features and recognition content
Turn every certified company into a distribution asset with social kits and amplification loops
Own newsletters, campaigns, and lifecycle email
Build and optimize: HubSpot workflows, Nurture sequences, Retargeting logic
Replace static dashboards with GPT-powered reporting and insight
Guarantee measurable lifts for certified clients: Profile traffic, Career page clicks
Partner with account management to: Prove ROI, Drive renewals and upsells
Source, manage, and replace vendors as needed
Set priorities, enforce standards, and ensure work ships

Required

Experience in digital marketing and growth management
Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid)
Experience with newsletters and lifecycle email marketing
Knowledge of advertising and retargeting strategies
Familiarity with marketing automation and workflows
Excellent writing and editorial skills across various platforms
Experience in content production (text, video, AI-driven)
Strong SEO knowledge, including AIO/GEO and authority building
Ability to manage vendors and contractors effectively
Experience in demand generation and funnel ownership
Ability to launch and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, programmatic, and native
Ability to optimize for MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics
Experience in content writing and editorial authority
Ability to enforce editorial quality, clarity, and credibility
