Business Development Manager - Luxury Spa & Med Spa Device Sales
Pave Talent is a female-founded, FDA-cleared beauty technology company specializing in professional microcurrent facial devices for esthetician-led facilities. The Business Development Manager will focus on selling spa equipment and beauty devices to estheticians, leveraging existing relationships to open new professional spa accounts and drive B2B growth.

Responsibilities
Cold outreach and prospecting to spa chains, hotel spa groups, and esthetician practice owners
Live device demonstrations at spa locations, trade shows (IECSC, not physician conferences), and spa industry events
Relationship-based selling where your esthetician connections and spa industry credibility are your biggest assets
Full sales cycle ownership: prospecting → demo → education → close → post-sale training
At least 20% of your business comes from breaking into NEW accounts, not upselling existing customers
Travel 40-50% for in-person demos, spa visits, and spa industry events
By year two, grow into leadership and build a national sales team
Qualification
Required
5+ years B2B device sales to spas, day spas, or esthetician-led facilities
Proven track record opening NEW spa accounts (minimum 20% of sales from net-new customer acquisition)
Licensed esthetician OR deep experience selling exclusively to esthetician-led facilities
Established network of spa owners, hotel spa directors, or multi-location spa chain contacts
Experience conducting live product demos and training spa staff on device operation and treatment protocols
Preferred
Candidates in Miami, Los Angeles, NYC, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Dallas, Chicago, or Atlanta preferred for immediate access to high-density spa markets
Strong candidates with established spa networks in other metros encouraged to apply
