Responsibilities
Manage legal cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed promptly
Review and analyze medical updates and interrogatories to support case development
Request and organize medical records for legal proceedings
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, memos, and correspondence
File legal documents electronically using the appropriate systems
Receive training in trial preparation to enhance litigation skills
Collaborate with attorneys in a one-to-one ratio for case management and strategy development
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation
Familiarity with drafting legal documents such as pleadings and correspondence
Knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Effective communication skills for interacting with attorneys and clients
Proficiency in electronic filing systems and legal documentation tools
