As a Client Success Intern, you will engage with the Client Success and Security Operations teams, assisting in client onboardings, educational guide development, and supporting cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

Work with the Client Success team, as a note-taker, for client onboardings and follow-up sessions. Observe the BlackCloak team as they enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture on their devices, home networks and personal information

Work with the Education Coordinator to develop educational guides for employees, clients and prospects. Conduct research as needed to support the development of those guides

Work with Client Success and CyberSecurity teams on the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures

Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe Support Specialists in the response and/or escalation of client’s cybersecurity questions and concerns

Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe actions performed as it relates to penetration testing and malware forensics. Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering as needed
