Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple time zones and locations
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and communication protocols
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage deliverables against established timelines
Implement risk management strategies and proactively address potential issues
Manage project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization
Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated throughout project lifecycle
Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders and executive sponsors
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to all stakeholders
Manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively
Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in professional services or related industries
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure
Experience working in fully remote or distributed team environments
Background in managing projects with budgets exceeding $500,000
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field required
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) highly regarded
MBA or advanced degree in relevant discipline advantageous
