Responsibilities
Build a technical clothing pattern based off of a designer's sketch
Design technical patterns and assess the fit of the garment
Submit portfolios with examples of previous relevant work that speaks to the complexity of pattern design
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Technical designer in pattern making or adjusting patterns
Must be able to start from scratch or adjust existing patterns for women's athletic wear
Knowledge of garment construction for knits
Knowledge of woven's could work as well, but knits is preferred
Preferred
Performance wear experience
Outerwear experience, dresses and skirts
PDM, PCX, PLM, Web based to add comments on changes - record keeping tools
