Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments

Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and tracking payments

Accurately enter financial data into QuickBooks and other accounting software

Prepare and review invoices to ensure proper documentation and compliance

Maintain organized financial records and update systems as needed

Assist with resolving discrepancies in financial reports or transactions

Generate reports and summaries to support accounting operations

Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes

Provide administrative support for accounting and finance tasks

Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures

Required
