Responsibilities
Lead and scale an established US platform from New York
Maintain a meaningful personal billing contribution
Grow and develop the existing team, with a clear mandate to add headcount
Strengthen senior client relationships while expanding into new strategic accounts
Represent the US business at group leadership level
Qualification
Required
Senior recruitment professional with a demonstrable track record of personal billing
Deep experience within Legal, Risk, Compliance, or closely aligned financial services markets
Proven ability to scale teams or practices within an established platform
Commercial, credible, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
Established, active New York market relationships are essential
