Part-Time Bookkeeper

Mona Shah & Associates Global is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage various financial tasks. The role involves liaising with the company’s CPA, sending invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Legal

Responsibilities

Must be knowledgeable and proficient with QuickBooks Online (Intuit)
Ability to liaise with company’s CPA
Send out invoices to clients in a timely manner
Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices
Assist clients with any billing inquiries
Ensure all bills are paid on time
Takes care of depositing checks and other banking needs
Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; and ensure legal requirements compliance
Completes financial asset updates for all current clients within the specified period and maintains current financial records. Must be organized, & can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Regularly communicate with the Managing Partner, partner, and other attorneys on workload, and assist other team members when workload permits
Excellent knowledge of the English language and some legal terminology, including spelling, grammar, punctuation
In-depth knowledge of advanced functions using the current version of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 365, & Adobe
Need to be able to convert documents and cleanup the formatting
Must possess excellent organizational skills, good judgment skills, and problem-solving skills
Be able to communicate with everyone and most importantly be a team player!!!
