This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced ecommerce operator who can own systems, manage complexity, and drive growth across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Ecommerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop

B2B wholesale infrastructure, including a custom wholesale ordering portal

Large-scale catalog management (6,000+ SKUs) with strong data hygiene

TikTok Shop GMV growth, compliance, and platform optimization

Performance marketing and DTC growth initiatives

Management of outsourced teams (SEO, graphic design, website development) — setting priorities, tracking performance, and ensuring results

Cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, marketing, and leadership

Fulfillment optimization, shipping cost control, and operational efficiency
