7-Eleven is a leading retail company, and they are seeking a Market Leader Trainee to assist and counsel Area Leaders and Store Operators in the daily operations of their stores. This role involves leading a group of Area Leaders, maximizing sales and gross profit, and participating in a comprehensive training program lasting 12 months.

Staffing, training, and supervising Area Leaders
Ability to travel within the assigned region with overnight travel approximately 25% of the time
Ability to relocate as needed for this role
Experience with multi-unit management for both company ops and franchise ops: small box: 100-150 stores or big box: 15-50 stores
Strong experience with retail merchandising. Preferably in the C-Store and the foodservice industries
