Responsibilities

Sell general pest control services to residential customer within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas

Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers

Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner

Explains pest control services and selling repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled

Works with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved

Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory. Works with branch management team to isolate target areas

Must be able to occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary

Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during the course of business activities

Submits all paperwork and collections on a daily basis

Maintains company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must hold the two following licenses: Branch II, Home Improvement Specialist

You must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally

A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions, is a prime requisite

Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy and procedures and use provided and installed safety devices and safety equipment
