Responsibilities

Lead revenue accounting activities in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
Oversee pricing, promotions, accounts receivable, and deduction management
Manage and drive the month-end close process related to revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and analyze revenue reports, trends, and variances for leadership review
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support revenue forecasting and decision-making
Develop and maintain internal controls related to revenue processes
Lead, mentor, and develop members of the revenue or accounting team
Support system enhancements and reporting improvements, including ERP and BI tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Manufacturing industry experience required
Strong background in Revenue accounting, Pricing and promotion analysis, and Accounts receivable and deduction management
Proven month-end close experience
Solid financial analysis and reporting skills
Prior managerial or people-leadership experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative leadership style with attention to detail

Preferred

Oracle or BI system experience preferred (not required)
Experience improving revenue processes and internal controls is preferred
