Delta Industries, Inc. is a trusted regional construction materials supplier. They are seeking a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative responsible for coordinating the scheduling and delivery of ready-mix concrete to customer job sites in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or order entry systems

Schedule and dispatch concrete delivery trucks efficiently to meet customer timelines

Communicate with drivers, plant personnel, and customers throughout the delivery process to ensure satisfaction

Monitor GPS and dispatch software to track truck locations and make real-time adjustments to schedules as needed

Resolve delivery or product issues by coordinating with appropriate personnel and maintaining customer communication

Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery times, and special instructions

Provide product and delivery information, pricing, and technical support as needed

Coordinate with sales, quality control, and operations teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction

Follow safety protocols and support company compliance with DOT and other regulatory requirements

Participate in daily production and dispatch meetings as required
