They are seeking an Injection Molding Team Lead to provide day-to-day leadership to a team of hourly employees while overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations including pulling, packing, collecting, inspecting, and light assembly of parts and materials
Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals
Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating concerns as needed
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively
Strong understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Experience with inventory management systems, preferably SAP/MES
Ability to train, mentor, and coach team members
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and team development
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
