Responsibilities
Build and enhance integrated 3-statement models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts
Lead valuation analyses including DCFs, WACC build-outs, trading comps, and precedent transactions
Develop deal models including LBOs, merger models, and accretion/dilution analyses
Design industry-specific financial frameworks such as REIT conversions, sale-leasebacks, and NAV models
Support complex transactions including carve-outs, spin-offs, RMTs, and IP licensing structures
Conduct advanced due diligence analyses including unit economics and cohort trends
Communicate model assumptions, outputs, and strategic implications clearly to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience at tier-1 firms in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or strategic finance
Expert command of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring principles
Strong track record with DCF, LBO, M&A, and industry-specific modeling
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical rigor and meticulous attention to data integrity
Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-performance, remote environment
