Robert Half is a well-established and growing global investment firm seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its expanding accounting and finance team. This role will support corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Support corporate accounting close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies

Partner with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Qualification

U.S. GAAPCPA designationCorporate accounting experienceAdvanced Excel skillsReal estate accounting systemsInternal control conceptsCommunication skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

3–5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control concepts

Advanced Excel skills; experience with real estate accounting systems a plus

Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred

CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred

Real estate or private equity exposure is a plus, but not required
