Responsibilities

Conduct portfolio-level energy assessments, audits, and site analysis
Analyze utility bills, interval data, and equipment telemetry
Design energy conservation measures (ECMs) and demand strategies
Build financial models, pro formas, and measurement & verification (M&V) frameworks to quantify savings
Analyze HVACR asset health, performance, service history, and replacement value
Integrate time-series operational data, fault diagnostics, and weather impacts
Support data-driven maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies
Strengthen asset lifecycle reporting and planning methodologies
Research and evaluate utility incentives and rebate programs
Align strategies to maximize customer financial outcomes
Support incentive design, qualification, and execution across regions

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
7–10+ years in energy management, building systems, HVAC, controls, or facilities engineering
Proven experience managing HVACR assets using data-driven, analytics-led approaches
Strong background in ECM development, energy modeling, M&V, and financial analysis
Familiarity with ENERGY STAR, ASHRAE standards, utility rate structures, and regional incentive programs
Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Preferred

Experience with large, multi-site enterprise portfolios (retail, grocery, healthcare)
Exposure to utility-funded programs, rebates, or incentive administration
Working knowledge of BAS/BMS and building controls
